I made vinegar successfully. What I wasn't sure about was is if it had finished converting from alcohol.
Left it in the garage with muslin over the jars, forgot about it, came back a bit over a month to find it no longer smelled good.
Anyone know how long is too long?
Does temperature have an impact on the length of time.
