I have been canning for decades, and enjoy what I make. I should have bought the largest All American they make, but got one size down. My favorite thing to can is meat and of course chicken soup.

I'm hoping to learn more about canning meat - always a bit nervous. I usually freeze, but this will also be a journey for myself!
