About to get into canned foods

Please don't judge me, but I learned about canning foods at home recently. As a sahm i have some time to read and found that many people do this and I was like wow, I have to try it. Since I'm new at this, I'll be asking for your help ladies and gents

I don’t think you need concern yourself about being judged here. Hopefully this site will never develop into one that judges, mocks, or scolds. So far there is ample space for you to post about the things you are learning. I learn the best nuances on a subject only when I begin to teach others. Share what you are learning,
