Have you guys read the ball canning potatoes raw pack book?

It's really an interesting book. However, does anyone here know if these recipes in the book have been tested? just curious

I would personally trust anything I read in a "Ball” book.

What year was it published? I read that the Ball book circa 1940s showed water-bath canning for everything from jam to meat.

I haven't read it... Been looking for some good reads so thanks for posting here. I don't know honestly if recipe books are tried and tested except if it's from really indie people who would have more hands-on experience.
